This is the real truth. I think people just really give up. They think all exercise is to change the shape of their body. But no. Exercise does more than change the shape of the body. That’s proven by just looking at some people

Exactly. Exercise has never changed the shape of my body and that's not why I do it. I do it for bone and heart health. So I don't turn into my grandfather's second wife who didn't want to stop at Uncle Herman's because "he's got those three steps". Both my mother and my mother-in-law died prematurely from not moving.
