Amy's new step workout "Stepletic" will be filmed on September 25th. Are you ready for two separate workouts on one DVD? Stepletic will have two 40 minute workouts.

Stepletic workout one consists of a warm-up, 4 athletic step combinations (no spins), and a cool down. Whether you have been stepping for years or new to step, this workout is for you! You will feel the athletic challenge throughout this workout as Amy has incorporated fun body weight exercises and jumps. Modifications will be provided. The time will fly by quickly, as you’re listening to awesome music produced by Muscle Mixes productions.

Stepletic workout 2 consists of a warm-up, 2 advance step combinations, 2 intermediate combinations and a cool down. Do you love to dance, move and groove on the step? Then this is the workout for you! We will spin, hop, ball change and have blast with the more complex combinations followed by a more athletic intermediate working combination. This workout is sure to stimulate both the body and mind. Turn the music up and let your body move.

Finally, as an added bonus, this DVD will have one yoga inspired 10 minute stretch that will help to counter all that tough stepping.

2 premixes will be offered on this DVD combing both step workouts to create four different heart pumping workouts.

Pre-production update - We have been rehearsing for Stepletic my new step workout being filmed in late September. On the team will be Uchenna who has been in so many of my productions I can't list them all, Jill from Body Box/Cardio Karate, Jessica who is new to you all (she's a dancer) and Laura from URX.

Music selection is completed. All I can say is wow, it's probably the best I have heard in a while. It has vocals and hot pumpin dance tracks selected by me. I can't wait to receive it! Having good music is very important to me, it makes working out so much better! I took a lot of time picking out the tracks. I listened to over 400 samples to make this compilation so I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! ��

My new website amybentoross.com is coming soon. We still have work to do on it. The go live is postponed until middle of September just before we film. The pre-sale will begin at that time as well. I will run my pre-sale for 35 days.

Uh oh. I was thinking didn't have to buy workout dvd's for awhile (well, besides the Cathe preorder) & now it seems I might be getting bombarded--with Amy's step dvd (a no-brainer for me) & maybe new Michelle Dozois dvd's. EEk! I might have to sell something!
