I am still waiting for my DVDs, too. I will be doing the new Toniques with it, also. I have been doing Born To Move about 5 times a week since Christmas. I am loving these workouts. They are much more challenging than her other workouts. I think combining them with ZCUT will give astounding results. Oh yea, I will be adding in TA, roo.

I've read a number of the reviews on Amazon and many people are saying with these intense workouts, you will see results fairly quickly. I would like to hope for that but they are so challenging for me, right now. I know if I stuck with it, I would get better, but I have to pause the dvd and rest between sets, Zuzana moves through them so quickly.
I almost need a workout to work up to these, LOL! Anyone have any suggestions? Pam PS. I was thinking the same thing about Zuzana getting so many orders all in the first day that maybe they ran out of stock on them already. She has a big fan base from Bodyrock, also.

Her workouts may seem a little intimidating...but what I did when I started out doing Z's workouts, was to do what I could do and then, modified what I couldn't or did feel comfortable doing. I also didn't try to keep up with her, but went at my own pace. With her workouts I found good form is important to working out safe. In about a month I found I was able to her workouts like she does them, and to go at Z's pace it not slight faster (she always says try to beat my time)
I've been doing her workouts almost from the being of her Bodyrock days... her ZWOW's are tough, but for some reason they don't seem as tough as her Bodyrock. I did workout 1 today as a circuit, so I did it 2x. Her workouts and Kettlebells (and of course a healthy plan) has really changed my body. |
