Do I Want to Spend $$ on a Body Blade?

I was thinking of getting the Flexibar from Rebecca Small's site. It's in my cart and ready to go....but it's 150 in US dollars with a few dvds.

Do I need it? Will it help me get that cut appearance in the upper body?

Where are the peeps that have tried the Body Blade (which is the US equivalent). Which poundage blade did you try?
thanks in advance.

Funny you should ask. When I aske about this some weeks ago I got maybe three response.

I bought the blade, did it maybe 3 days and then it sat behind the couch. Hum. Then I snuck it in its box and sent it back.

It was worth my trial, now I know me.

It does vibrate, its gimmicky I guess even though its made by a physical therapist. I just didn't take to it so I cant say each other person will not

That being said, take a can, shake it for about 6 minutes and then see how you feel. See if you want your arm shaking like that each time. ???

It cost me 11 dollars to find out and I made my decision.

thanks.......I'm thinking I "need" it cuz the guy who invented it is a physical therapist that works with spinal patients and I have spine injuries. Wondering if it would be good for me?

It would cost me $157 if I get the one from Rebecca's site or $152 if I get the Bodyblade from the US and then add on Rebecca's dvds. I love Rebecca!

I have one. I found it worked my arms, especially the tricep area, really well. Now ask me how often I've used it since I initially got it.

None. Zip. Nada.

I just don't use it. I'm not very good at tacking on add-ons to my existing routine so it's not suited for me in that way. Unlike Cheryl, I wish I would've realized this before my time was up to return it but like a vidiot, I was fascinated with my new toy during the trial period.

The dvds on her site are in PAL format. Does she sell any in NTSC (US, Canada) format?

it's 59 or something from the place I ordered and it had free shipping. Mine was the yellow one I didn't go for the heavy duty one. I went according to my weight and that called for the yellow one.
