Going with Margaret Richards this month for a change of pace from my normal Cathes. Light weight high reps with Margaret makes for a nice change of pace while waiting on the new Cathe.

Mostly KCM. Lots of variety - light, medium, and heavy-ish weights.

I need to check these out. I have been off Cathe for a while. It might be time to revist her.

I just "discovered" KCM, so I've been doing a lot of her strength work.

I do wherever the mood takes me. I have been using my older Cathe's lately. I love Pyramid combo from the Intensity series, Hi Reps, some Jari, some KCM (Weights & NYC). I like Rob Glick's, Power Fit Circuit Training (forgot the name). Not a real Rob Glick fan, but its pretty good.

And I am finding that controlling my Lab pup on her leash when I walk her has become quite the upperbody workout. Jeesh! Has to get to every critter and dog she sees and smells. Sweet dog, but she is strong!!!

I thought the same thing a few weeks ago -- I started with Cathe in 1989 ( ) and stayed with her until XTrain. It all kind of was too similar with too many heavy weights and too many reps and repetitive moves. I have given up heavy weights with too much impact cardio, so I had never even previewed the ICE and RWH series or even vaguely considered Cathe Live. But on a whim, I bought Metabolic Total Body from ICE and loved it! So natch I want all of the ICE series now and perhaps a few from RWH too. I had really missed Cathe's demeanor, and my gosh, does she ever age?! I checked out the Strong and Sweaty series, and I preordered PHA Training (and now I'm thinking I want the Bootcamp one and the cardio one...shoot!!)...
