I am so lucky!

When I weight train, I usually play loud, hard rock. So I'm always on the look out for new tunes to add to my iPod.

This weekend I was kicking back with some friends and we watched a film called "G.P.S. Hunt: The Movie" and a hard jamming tune plays for about a whole 15 to 20 seconds but it is really good and now I MUST HAVE IT!

So off I go on my very own soundtrack hunt. I like the song so much I am totally prepared to pay $20 for the soundtrack if I can't find the song on its own. Well after hours of searching, I can't even find the soundtrack. Not being one to give up easily, I spent an hour this morning searching the web trying to figure out which song is the song I like and where I can find it.

Finally I go to the movie web site, I emailed one of the people that worked on the movie and 8 emails later, I now have a copy of the song. It turned out that there was never a soundtrack released and the song is not available for purchase.

The movie itself was really good (at least I thought so) and fun as long as your aren't looking for anything too serious. But the important part is I got my tune. I couldn't thank the guy who helped me out enough and to show my appreciation I went and bought the movie from his website.

Now if I could only find the music Shaun T used for the cool down in Shaun T's Dance Party. :-)

That was very generous of the company to give the song to you, that's very cool. Enjoy your music! I find great music very motivating during any workout, it helps me work/push myself harder & enjoy the workout, too.

When I weight train I think the music is actually more important for me than when I do cardio.:-)
