(I thought Motown Moves was a lot of fun! I had problems keeping up with Rock Hard Assets -- I was getting very tired. I'm also not feeling 100% today, so perhaps not a good idea to do 2 back-to-back cardio workouts.)

Ran trails, hiking for the warmup and cool down for 49 minutes. My favorite cardio activity, love the feeling of running like a "slow" deer through the forest with my dog.

Cathe Live #348 PHA No Repeats. I found this to be quite tough on my cardiovascular system in places. I liked it but I'm not sure I would do it again. Cathe is off quite a bit since since she is modifying and not doing the workout. Sometime she was supposed to be demonstrating but then went right into the set and other times she was lost on count. Often there was no warning when Cathe just picked up her weights and started doing an exercise. Overall, it is remarkable that she has just gotten the o.k. to exercise since her surgery and was able to start live workouts. The workout concept was great though!
