Alta, sorry to hear that. I definitely wouldn't do P90X2 as a standalone rotation on its own, as I think it just doesn't do the job as is. That's why I'm combining with P90X and some other stuff. I do think it offers some new variety, though, and I love the balance/core focus.

That is a bummer Alta- sorry to hear that.
I'm trying out the rotation as is (maybe adding some extra lower body work) and then I plan to combine X and X2. I'm not sure if I've mentioned it but, I'm really enjoying X2!!

I did a full rotation of P90X2 and I loved it. The balance and core work was challenging. I remember being very proud of myself the first time that I was able to do the 4 med ball core work and pushups without falling off. I think that the balance and core work that I did with P90X2 really helped with doing my current rotation using the Horizontal Conditioning workouts.
