P90X2 Total body. I bought this set when it first came out, did a partial WO and that was the end of that. blah. Today I was looking for something fresh so tried this disc. Modified many moves (like the push ups on medicine balls ) Tony didn't have the same charm as in the original. It was a good workout though.
