He has free workouts on his site.
I'm definitely looking forward to reviews, too.

Thanks for posting this info. I may have to break my moratorium on male instructors if this is good and has fresh moves. Hehehe. I really like this site and have used it as a guide in the past for putting together workouts. I also sent a barage of questions about pressed DVD or DVR, chaptering, repeat footage, verbal instruction/cues, background music, and more info on the moves. How overwhelming for them. But inquiring minds wanna know.
One of my main concerns is repeat footage and/or demos. They have a lot of demos, which are quite helpful, but no actual follow along workouts for the vidiot in me. I don't wanna end up with a video I have to keep rewinding to get a full 30 minute workout or that repeats 5 minutes of footage for 30 minutes. KWIM? ETA: I got these answers from Mark de Grasse at MBody. 1) They're pressed DVDs 2) The workouts are full-length follow along, with a trainer instructing/encouraging while doing the workout with you, and another trainer demonstrating alongside 3) Background music is also included 4) There are six workouts on one DVD, each selectable in a main menu 5) Another DVD contains walk-thru instructions for each of the kettlebell and bodyweight exercises used in the videos This helps a lot. No more info on chaptering or moves though. Last edited by jessicavi; 06-21-10 at 12:39 PM. Reason: Posting answers from Mark at MBody |

Thanks Turbojunkie.
Got another email from Mark. (Quick response Kudos) He said the music is pretty much the same as what's on their site along with new stuff in the same style. The individual workouts aren't chaptered and the moves are what's already stated upthread including some mountain climbers, sprawls, and pushups. He said they'll do the workouts straight thru but will have 20-30 second rests. |
