Classical Stretch question

I see that seasons 4, 6, and 7 are discounted on the Essentrics website. I already own season 6. So, please help with a decision on whether to purchase season 4 or 7.

Full disclosure, I have only done a few episodes of season 6. I recently purchased season 12 because I have been doing them from PBS and like them as a stretch after doing another workout.

I'm open to all suggestions. Enable me!

I would purchase Season 7. I recently did some of Season 4 and it was very choppy - poor editing, I assume. Season 7 has her stories from people who have written to her but it's not too bad. They're a pretty short part of each episode. Plus 7 has episode 720 - Jackie's favorite.

Totally agree with Karen. 7 for sure.

I'm mentioned in #715 - "Miranda tells the story of Donna, who had knee pain and “plantar fasciata,” which was helped by CS."

I've been using Season 6 the past week. I could barely get through the 3 minutes of abs yesterday - 602.

I must revisit that episode Donna D!

Season 7 has some great episodes! I never cared for season 4. It’s very gentle but not polished and the method has evolved so much. Season 12 and the Connective Tissue workouts are, IMO, a better choice if you want slower & gentler.
