KPDanceBody

I have really been enjoying the KPDanceBody classes on Periscope each weekend.
The music is loud and the cuing minimal which I prefer.
The cardio is very bungee friendly.
Starting in 4 or 5 days, they will be starting a stream service from the actual DanceBody website.
http://dancebody.com/

Follow KPDanceBody on Twitter and/or FaceBook for more info.

https://www.facebook.com/kpdancebody

This periscope class was posted today but was originally shared 5-28
https://www.periscope.tv/KPDanceBody/1jMJglokXjlxL
most are removed from Periscope after 24 hours

You may find some more classes still being offered through Twitter:
some of 6-18 Sculpt Class

the ending of 6-18 Sculpt class

part 1 of Maddie Cardio posted 06-19
(actual class may have been 16 days ago)

part2

Oddly I sometimes see more of a class when viewing it on Twitter using Chrome.
Firefox takes me immediately to Periscope.
In desperation, I recorded a missing segment of a class using a mobile phone while it played on Twitter.

It has been a real challenge to try to salvage as much as I could some weekends LOL

LOL, the cueing is zero. It has that Tracy Anderson "just try to follow me whilst I fling limbs randomly" vibe.

Good music though!

Barb S, I'm so glad you posted about KPDanceBody. I love Katia Pryce! There's something endearing about her. She has so much more personality than TA and I love her moves and her music. I may not be able to follow all of her moves but she's so much fun. Her cueing or lack of doesn't bother me at all.

I discovered Katia through the now defunct CosmoBody streaming. I think most of their videos are now on Youtube.

Looking forward to her upcoming streaming service.

That's funny, I was going to ask exactly this--I want dance workouts where there isn't a lot of cuing or buildup! I've been taking Zumba at my gym and that's how the classes are. This looks great!

I can follow some workouts with no/low cueing, like some NIA. But, I am so defective, I usually need EXTRA cueing.

I'll have to actually try this and see how it goes. At the gym, I'm so busy people watching that I don't care how well I follow along! That might not work as well at home by myself.

Barb, I downloaded it with Scopedown, but the downloaded video is sideways! Any idea how to fix that?

if you use a Windows pc, you can rotate it with Freemake Video Converter.
(be careful when downloading and installing any free software, always choosing custom options and unchecking the offer of unwanted extra software)

You can also try Windows Live Movie Maker to rotate the video.

Not Barb, but this webpage has several ways to rotate the video. I play my videos using VLC. Scroll down and it will give you instructions to rotate the videos when playing it in VLC.

This is not a permanent fix. To rotate the video permanently, I use Handbrake.

When I stream it online, it rotates automatically. And I had several programs on my old laptop but guess I haven't put them on this one yet! Which program is your favorite (general question directed at anyone)?
