Rob Glick's Amazing Step Styles, which I think was a CIA workout. It's a little complex but not too much, and even with the canned CIA music, it just flows.

Christi Taylor's Step Heaven; specifically, Stage Two because mastering it is one of the greatest accomplishments of my life!

Me too! It took me months and months and to this day I am still so proud about how hard I worked at it.

Other favourites are Body Tech, Step My Way, Step This Way, Amazing Step Styles, Cardio Parties, Rock Steady Step, Step It Off Step It All Off, Topless Blocks, Andre Houle's Advanced Step and Gay Gasper's Greatest Step Workout.

I love basic step workouts w/o complex choreography. even with that, there's a lot to choose from.

Gin Miller, Step Reebok The Video (borrowed from the library - the very first step workout I ever did!)

Gin Miller, Step Reebok Intense Moves

Kathy Smith's Power Step; also her Fat Burning Breakthrough

Gilad's Step & Tone

Sherry Catlin, Body Bar Strong Step

Tamilee Webb Tighter Assets

Cathe basic step

I love Amy Bento's first, ASC. It is short and to the point, and not a lot of TIFT'ing. The energy and music in this one - awesome! That said, I also love ASC2 due to the "power-up" sections - there is a great premix that puts in the power-ups after each combo combination - fun!

I also like Seasun Zieger's Zstep - this is her latest, and I have to say though I really like all of hers, I think she really knocked it out of the park with this one. Great music, lively combinations.

And I will second some of the others with Cathe's Step Blast. Never gets old, infectious enthusiasm and awesome music.

Seasun's Stepping Up is really, really fun, too (and this was made back when instructors could use GOOD music in their workouts!!)
