Not to discount anyone that got great results from TA at all. I see those ladies sticking to the program and working it. However to me (just my opinion of course) TA works for a certain body type. I guess most programs might be like that. Meaning if you are already in good shape it will make you tiny. But again I think that body type might respond to a lot of programs and diet plans. But I'm not sure how well it works for someone that needs to lose 25 or more lbs. I'd like to see a real TA story with that.
Just my opinion from what I saw when I did TA. I haven't researched her in a while.

I think her mat workout is good and different so don't slay me too bad.

Kariev23 - I agree with you. It's the restricted diet.
<<--real TA story here! I started Meta Hip in February; finished up in June. I have lost almost 25 pounds (still have at least 25 more to go); inches ALL OVER THE PLACE and just in general feel tighter and fitter. I have gone down approximately 3 sizes and have made it out of the "women's/plus size" section of the stores. Amy I liking TA? Heck yeah! Am I fat and have a lot to lose? Also, heck yeah!! Amy I sticking with it because it is working? Triple heck yeah!!!

I have now moved on to Hip Continuity and am still loving it.

And no, I did not follow TAs diet plan. I eat a certain way which some would call "clean." However, I have been doing that for almost a year. It wasn't until adding in TA that the weight came off/inches were lost.

I haven't been following TA's eating plan either just being more watchful as to what I eat. I have largely cut out white flour and sugar. I am a vegetarian so I basically eat lots of vegies, fruits and grains such as quinoa and basmati rice. I have been doing Omni almost every day but sometimes skip a day and do Mat or PP instead. I also like to mix it up with Ellen's FBF and especially Yogini and Fusion Flow. I just ordered Piloxing Express Toning so will throw that into the mix too. I tried Omni when it first came out and didn't like it at all but went back to it after reading so many positive posts and something clicked and I have kept at it. Each new level has a learning curve but by the end of the 10 days you have pretty much mastered it. I have been very lax about cardio.

Wow Carrie, those are some great results. Have you tried doing other things before without success (traditional lifting, cardio, etc)?

It seems like the non result people of TA are due to injuries. Has anyone completed at least a month of TA and not been impressed?

Phyllis: I was the same way with omni. Received it but didn't care for it so put it away. I pulled it out a couple of weeks ago and like it much better. I also through in mat here and there as I don't like doing work on all 4's 5-6 days per week.

I didn't have any resulting injuries from Meta Omni, but after six weeks I had 0results (except that I got flabby). I didn't follow her nutrition plan, I followed an old one from the SI6 set.

Carrie-good to hear! I am going to keep up with Meta Omni! I am on day 8 and I do my choice of cardio/dance afterwards for at least 30 mins ususally. I am being more mindful of what I eat-try to follow the W.W. plan. Thanks for the inspiration that someone really can lose some real weight and inches who did not start off skinny in the first place. Thanks!
