Firm Tough Tape ?

Is this made from the Ballroom Aerobics Tape or is it from a compilation?

If I recall correctly, it was made from the weight part of Tortoise and Hare workouts.

And Ballroom Aerobics came from the cardio portions of Tortoise and Hare.

Tortoise and Hare was the genesis of several other workouts:

1) Ballroom Aerobics - a cardio workout using a low step
2) Tough Tape (1) - a TB, all weights, standing workout
3) Sculpted Buns Hips and Thighs - a LB floor workout

I never did the tortoise or the hare, but I used to do tough tape quite often. At the time I mostly did Cathe, but still found tough tape, well, tough. Those were the days!
