Liesa Hart's Fit to the Core workouts use the bar. There are two: Burn and Chisel. Warning, they're...unique, and she's not for everyone. I've seen them on Youtube.

I totally forgot about those, and I had actually owned both on dvd! I cannot remember why I did not keep them.

I tried an ActivMotion workout on YouTube yesterday that I liked a lot. They use a bar with shifting weights, which I don't have, but my bar is long, so it still throws me off-balance in a similar manner. I want to try more by them.

HA HA! you're too funny.

the Body Bar workouts are so good. i have almost all of the ones on DVD, plus one or two on VHS that were never released to DVD.

Silk Manning has aero pump - which is kickboxing for cardio, then 30 min of toning with the body bar.

all of the BSS2 workouts use a weighted bar (The Firm Sculpting Stick), and one of the BSS3 workouts that Pam Cauthen leads.

Maybe because the workouts don't flow that well? I have a soft spot for Leisa (her Arms and Abs of Steel was the first VHS workout I ever bought), but she makes some weird workouts!

I think think they were just awkward if I am remembering correctly.

I miss Lesia as an instructor. She has a lovely personality.
