New Jenny McClendon workout shoule be titled, "Walking Workout for Tired Brains"
Choreo junkies need read no further.
I did this one yesterday. It is very basic with very simple moves. It was perfect for me and how I've been feeling. I only wish that the music was a bit louder. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8eG7uEJ1K24 I've Joni-O'd more workouts than usual lately. It was nice to finish one for a change.

I like Jenny's workouts because she cues well and has good music. In the senior ones, she does about 20 minutes of cardio followed by a strength segment.
Here are three that I like: * SENIOR/BEGINNER 1-hour workout https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gUHu68SB22U * UPDATED!! Full version (one hour) of GREAT workout for beginners and seniors! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ej1E1t8BaS4 * Beginner/Senior Boot Camp! ONE HOUR interval training workout! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sgw4rn7C7q8 She does do TIFT-ing, which I don't usually enjoy, but the good cueing and music make it fly by. (Can you tell how important good cueing is to me?) My only con would be that she is a bit light on form pointers.
