Slim series is a favorite. Every workout in the series is amazing. Hamelin, cardio tone G and IA, light weights for upper body, plus nonstop movements, low intensity/ impact cardio. I get an incredible burn and calorie burn with these. They are downloads, and cheap. I also enjoy Kelly Coffee Meyers cardio sculpt workouts. .. and her lighter weight height rep workouts. The great weighted workout is a classic.

I love Slim Series and KCM as mentioned above. I also really like Margaret Richard for light weight high rep work.

I love just typing in "10 Minute weight workout Jessica Smith YouTube". She's got some real gems on there.

I'd totally just search YouTube.

I can make any workout light weight by using light weights - I know this sounds dumb, but you'd be surprised how much fun a really tough favorite can be done with lighter weights. I think often the dread factor comes from the pain of working to failure - yes, I said {pain} - how would you describe it?

I know what you mean! Sometimes when I'm coming back from a cold or other illness, I'll do one of my weight workouts with lighter weights and think, "Wow, this is actually FUN when I'm not pushing quite so hard."
