You can take Body Flow classes at gyms that offer Les Mills classes, or stream their workouts online.

I keep toying with doing the training.....

The only classes on DVD are the ones they used to make for instructors. There are some listed on ebay, but they are very expensive. They do not look like that video clip.

Les Mills on demand does offer a free trial.

You're right, Sherry. The instructor videos look nothing like that clip. I think that is just a promotional video.

Has anyone tried the streaming trial. I am thinking of trying to try this,

Does this remind anyone else of CS?

Yes, that set does remind me of some of the Essentrics stuff. It is beautiful! If they have videos like that, I might try the trial!

Oh gosh it totally reminds me of Essentrics. The Les Mills training has been on my radar and they do periodically do training in Minnesota.

It's a tai chi warmup, yoga for the bulk, and Pilates at the end.

I think it's the tai chi element (movement) that reminds me of CS.

I tried the streaming trial and kept my subscription, mostly for BodyCombat and sometimes BodyStep. I've tried a few flows but I can't seem to find the love for them. I prefer Classical Stretch as they really are more "flowy" for lack of a better word. BodyFlow is definitely more yoga inspired, in my opinion. I may give BodyFlow another chance. They just have not clicked with me yet.
