Thank you! It took me a long time to really figure out I was glute. When starting I never would have thought that, but after reading and figuring it out, I am glute. I do have trouble with my abs, and they NEVER have looked how I want them to, but I've figured out that is more to do with yeast over growth then working out. So we'll see with going forward with glutes for a couple levels how that works out for me

Finding my centric was easy. If people tell you you have "child-birthin' hips" then you're hipcentric!
