28 days. 6 on, one day off. You can move on to Phase II, which is a repeat of Phase I, with an extra ab workout each day(optional) and a workout for the rest day(also optional).

The basic plan is this:
7 moves done for 45 seconds each, 15 seconds rest in between. In general, it is like this:

cardio
pilates
cardio
pilates
cardio
pilates
cardio

Do the cycle 4X. The cardio moves target the body part you work on. For example, burpees and mountain climbers for abs and/or arms, plie squat jumps, for legs, etc.

HTH. I would look at the PIIT workouts that are free on YT as it gives you and idea of what these are like.
