I love my new DVDs in 2016
What a great start for the New Year! As of now Hammer and Chisel, Sweatlab, Metashred and the new Peloton app are great hits. I'm so happy, very hard to take a rest day.
What are your favorites in this year?

Jessica Smith's Walk Strong (her newest). I didn't buy it until after the first of the year and I've loved all the workouts I've done so far (which is most of them).

Cathe's ICE series Leslie's recent to me (2013-2015) Just Walk workouts Kelly's newest (Athletic Conditioning II and also Strength and Stamina dvds!) Stacy McCarthy Yoga Body Fat Burning workout (from my Secret Santa!) Natalie Spadaccino Joyful Movement Cardio workout (from my Secret Santa!) Those are all that I can think of right now.
