I ordered from Cassey and received it very
quickly! I did one section and like it! I like waist work. The scenery is very nice!

I ordered from Cassey yesterday morning and received a shipment confirmation right away and today it is showing that it has departed USPS facility! I think i may get one of her detox water bottles at some point too.

It was delivered Saturday!
 I think i will do one segment as an add-on tonight!  OMG!  I tried lower belly blast after a 20 minute walk with Leslie and a full body toning CS episode and it was to advanced for me, but enjoyed watching it! Cassey is a beautiful beast!

Anyone else tried this one? Looking to add on some tough ab segments after other workouts, curious if these are challenging. TIA!

Old thread alert!!
I wasn't able to find the recent thread letting people know the DVD is only about $5 on Amazon (which it still is!) but that thread is what prompted me to buy the DVD last month. Today I added the "lower belly blast" 10 minute chapter to the end of my workout and wow it was so intense and fun! Cassie, despite her uber cheerful demeanor, can really deliver a workout! My lower abs were really challenged. The other two sections looked great too, I would've kept going if it weren't for running out of time! The music was great too, and filmed on a beach. Did anyone else buy the DVD since it was marked down, and have any thoughts? I can't wait to try the other two chapters
