Zuzka Light/Zuzana Kettlebell Series

According to her new YouTube video, Zuzana is working on a new DVD series. Will be a Kettlebell series, she said for beginners or those wanting to just get started with kettlebells. She has incorporated KBs for a long time so am really looking forward to this one. I know she just received RKC as well. No word on the video on when to expect release.

Unfortunately, I am on my iPad and can't figure out how to post a link. Video is titled Fitness Should Be Fun.

I saw her video on that, too. I'm really excited! I took a long break from workout videos (was doing CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting)-- and VF-- but now that I'm back to working out at home again, I love being able to have workouts like hers that bring my vidiot-past and my CrossFit-present together. Plus, I've been doing a lot more KBs since July (and LOVING it), so this is definitely going to be one that I scoop up!

I lover her - the best part of the video is when she said, "Fitness should be fun, it should be a hobby." That's exactly how I see working out, and no one I know in real life gets that! lol Glad to see she's experimenting and shaking things up, looking forward to more workouts!

I wish it wasn't geared toward a total beginner.

I agree. I was hoping that it would be int/adv like the rest of her workouts.

I think it would be smart if she made it for all levels. I'm sure even if it is beginner, those of us that are more advanced can up the intensity.

I'm excited she's putting out kettlebell workout DVDs. I'm on both sides of the fence regarding her gearing it towards beginners. The basic fundamental kettlebell moves are critical to get down correctly, so I applaud her for taking the time to teach the basics and incorporate them in a workout. This approach is also consistent with her new RKC training. At the rate Zuzana puts out DVDs, I'm sure the intermediate/advanced kettlebell workouts will be coming out in the future.

I agree. It will be really easy to up the intensity. I'm just thrilled that she is finally putting out kettlebell workouts.

I agree. I think she is being very smart about this, especially getting her RKC prior to releasing any kettlebell workouts. Plus, it's pretty easy to up the intensity by using a higher weight or doing extra sets, etc.

Her stuff is so reasonably priced, I can't wait!
