Question Anyone following Jamie Eason's LiveFit plan?

Is anyone following Jamie Eason's LiveFit 12-week plan from Bodybuilding.com? If so, how has your body changed, if it has? How far are you into the program or have you done it already? I'm intrigued by this plan and the New Rules of Lifting for Women.

I was following one of her routines on BB.com last year and they were well rounded plans. I quit b/c I do so many home videos. Will have to look at it.

For those that have followed the workout plan and meal plan the results have been fantastic. I didn't do the plan as getting to a gym is too difficult. I think one of the hardest things for people is no cardio for the first month of the program but as I said if you stick with the results are great!

I was planning on starting this on Monday. I thought I might start on week 3. The no cardio thing would be tough! I thought I could walk or something light bc I can't take all those days off. Hadn't really decided to use the meal plan or not.
