Free streaming workouts on JessicaSmithTV.com

I posted over on the "free workout sites" thread that Jessica Smith has been posting streaming workout videos on her website.

They're no-frill workouts filmed in her living room without professional lighting and sound but they are the tough-but-doable workouts she's known for.

Here's a 40-min total body workout called "Sole Sculpt" which is very similar to her "10 Lbs Down" workouts.

Cardio Barefoot Flow reminds me of an Ellen Barrett workout.

I follow Jessica on Facebook. I think she talked about making a walking workout sometime. And, she did say that the Barefoot Cardio Flow was influenced by Ellen Barrett.
