I don’t know why, it I’m intrigued with the old squeeze workouts. Does anyone remember how many there were?
I know there was the original squeeze and then the lower body challenge, but is there also one called Squeeze Stronger?shes in a red outfit. If there is, and someone has it and would like to part with it, let me know

I remember doing the workouts Squeeze, Squeeze Lower Body Challenge and Squeeze Stronger.

I have the original Squeeze, but not Squeeze Stronger. I've been looking for it but it is hard to find! I'm hoping someday to find it in a thrift store.

Tracey Effinger is awesome! I never quite took to the barre craze but her stuff was/is always appealing. I'm careful with my tweaky knees but otherwise am a fan of her stuff.
