Add on weights

Hi! What's your favorite add on weight program? I want to add a little to my cardio. 15-30 mins preferable.

Thanks!

I like doing the "Up" premix on Cathe's Pyramid Upper Body. A complete upper body workout in about 20 minutes.

Also on Cathe's Bootcamp/Muscle Endurance dvd...both workouts have Upper Body Only premixes that are good. The BC one is the shorter of the two.

Gilad's Express workouts

KCM- any of her numerous 20 minute or under express premixes. She has a list of premixes for all of her DVDs on her WEB page.

Cathe's ICE set has one muscle group on each DVD as a bonus that works the designated area for about 15 minutes

Fitness Blender has a bunch of short strength workouts. You can filter by length on their website.

Gilad's Quick Fit System - Bodysculpt disc is chaptered by body part, 15-20 min apiece.
10MS Target Toning with Cindy Whitmarsh.
The Firm Super Body Sculpt with Stephanie Corley (Huckabee) - 3 parts, get the chaptered version.
I Want That Body with Tamilee Webb
KCM - various; her many premixes have 20-30 minute options.

Cathe Pyramid Up upper body.
Firm Super Body Sculpt upper body.
Jessica Smith has several fairly short upper body workouts that I love.

I often use the old Minna Lessig One Minute Workout DVD for add-ons. You can choose upper body, lower body, abs, or total body for varying lengths of time that you choose. and there's a random mix of exercises "chosen" for you. Each exercise lasts for one minute. If you want to use heavier weights for upper body you'll probably need to do the movements slower than she does.
