I just got the basic set. I didn't get to the last Core workout, but I assume is more typical Tony core work. Warrior from P90X3 is also included as it kind of fits the theme. I will admit that Warrior is probably my least favorite of the P90X3 DVD's but I have a crazy intimidation of it, and it's really not that bad.

Thanks Christine for the wonderful breakdowns. This set looks really good. I ordered as soon as they were available on 3/1/16 and I still have not received a shipping notice. I am so upset with BB. |

Thanks Christine for posting the breakdowns. I haven't ordered this yet because I'm waiting for reviews, but I tried the Cardio 1 workout this morning based on your breakdown just to see if it would be doable for me and I'm happy to report that I enjoyed it! I have shoulder and ankle problems so I wasn't sure if I'd be able to do all the jumping, burpees and bear crawls, but I had no problem, so that was a huge confidence boost for me. The only move I had to modify were the burpees which I do using a chair. I tracked how much time it took using my fitness tracker and it came in at 25 minutes, but I took a short break between sets. That also includes a cool down I did on my own based on other Tony workouts (there was no warm-up).
This is a basic cardio workout with no complicated moves, but it gets the job done. I wouldn't say it's easy by any means because my heart rate was up there, but, as always, YMMV. |

I read that one of the bonuses is a warm up. Is this a separate dvd or just something printed that you follow? Also, can you estimate how much of the 22 minutes is workout time & how much is warm up & cool down? I wasn't interested in these until I read your breakdowns--thanks for all the info!
