Love hammer and chisel, the ice series, sweat lab, Jessica and Suzanne Bowen's streaming rotation.

I jumped on the P.I.N.K. Groupon bandwagon. Which was out of character for me I'm not much of a bandwagon jumper anymore.

I it. It was just what I needed. The workouts are short & I was restating after a long hiatus. Even keeping it low impact, it kicked my butt. I'm on my last week. My sister is looking for something that combines strength & cardio, so I'm loaning it out to her.

Smile Love TaiCheng

I am on week 5 of the TaiCheng rotation and I am still going strong. The physical and mental benefits keep me coming back for more; the repetition of movements is very advantageous. My knees and neck do not creak anymore and my trapezius and rhomboid feel like jello - no more knots that give me headaches.

After a ten hour day, I have energy for TaiCheng and do not miss a day. I am doing strenuous cardiovascular and muscle strengthening exercises in the morning and on weekends, the evenings belong to TaiCheng.

Beachbody's marketing for TaiCheng was totally wrong. They should have market it as a rehabilitation program, something you would do in physical therapy

I don't do sets, but I am so lovin' Michelle Dozios Body Fit 360 Athletic Conditioning. I have a hard not wanting to do this all the time. It's fun, quick and intense. I don't know why it took so long for me to buy this one.

I'm more excited about the ICE series than I have been about any other dvds in a long time. Each dvd is a gem by itself but the premixes and bonuses make it an amazing series.

Hmmm...I have ALL of these and haven't tried any of them. I'll have to schedule one for this week!
