this version) over my level (and ceased to be downmodifiable, although I've been known in live paid-for classes to sit out entire sub-sequences and rejoin when ready,
just because) ...
It got to minute-marker 33 when it proved that.

- 33 min of the Capoeira Yoga Fusion (long-form) with Rick Coe, followed by
- 20 minutes Rhythmica Dance Party Cardio Latin Mix with Marc Santa Maria him
Both done totally from offline with my app; although switching from one to the other had been kludgy.
I did not "Joni-O" Rick Coe ... just hundreds and hundreds of minutes of planks and standing bent arm backwards wall-reaches stand in my way of holding my own in this one
