1:00PM spot - took the dogs for a 3 mile walk. Today is the first day of my half marathon training. I'm training to walk one.

1 pm slot--just finished the Intense workout the from Dream Body Cardio Series, V-Core Dynamics and CS 10.13. After a fast lunch (about 12:30 here) I am going snowshoeing.

Its a beautiful sunny day and warmer than is has been for awhile and want to do something with the snow other than plow and shovel it!

2 pm slot - did ice to the mat with the shoulder muscle meltdown.
It was my last ice workout to try and the first muscle meltdown I've done. I liked this workout much more than I expected to.

Sorry late reporting and I also did my workout an hour earlier than planned.

7 am - Hammer Plyometrics + Masters Cardio + Hammer Legs.

Checking in on my 3:00 p.m. marathon relay slot ...

I realized I had to switch midstream, from something that was (in this version) over my level (and ceased to be downmodifiable, although I've been known in live paid-for classes to sit out entire sub-sequences and rejoin when ready, just because) ...

It got to minute-marker 33 when it proved that.

Followed up with Latin dance's answer to Richard Simmons, whom you know I : he is not just for "overweight" people/rank beginners

Advanced beginner (not Advanced overall) interpretation of a mindbody cardio, bodyweight-strength and agility building workout (Brazilian spiritual woo-woo style):
  • 33 min of the Capoeira Yoga Fusion (long-form) with Rick Coe, followed by
  • 20 minutes Rhythmica Dance Party Cardio Latin Mix with Marc Santa Maria him

Both done totally from offline with my app; although switching from one to the other had been kludgy.

I did not "Joni-O" Rick Coe ... just hundreds and hundreds of minutes of planks and standing bent arm backwards wall-reaches stand in my way of holding my own in this one

I did not commit to a particular time but I did Leslie's 5k with a Twist and Yogaworks Detox Yoga. I started around 2 pm eastern. Happy New Year everyone!
