I love the following for sleep - awaken (has dream at her in it), peace & calming & release. Cedar wood is also good.

I sleep like a baby

Sherry, I just got this one for my new office, which was highly recommended by one of my YTT classmates:
http://smile.amazon.com/Essential-Oi...l+oil+diffuser

I haven't used it yet, but I LOVE how it looks like a stone (comes in black or white), and she said it is very quiet and lasts a long time; she also said that she likes it better than the diffuser she got from Essential Living.

I have a diffuser at home in my exercise room, and I am just starting to experiment with different oils. I mainly use it during yoga; I honestly never thought of having it provide extra energy for cardio, although I could use some, so that's not a bad idea! I agree that it's more about how the scents make you feel than anything else.

Interesting thread ... I need a humidifier and while looking at the links, I found and purchased this one: humidifier and oil diffuser. We'll all have to compare notes as to what oils we're using!

Can diffusing the oil in a room with a cat be harmful? ! I will not ever use them if that would hurt them.

Thank you for the warning. I will only use them in the room where I practice yoga. I always keep the door closed and never allow the cats in there.

I never use them because of the cats. I will not take the chance of exposing them to something that could be toxic to them. Please be careful.

Thanks- I will not use them at all then. I will not take any chances. I have some oils I bought but have not used. I will pass them to someone else.
