Pop Pilates certification

I just happened on the (months old) news that Pop Pilates (blogilates) is going to offer certifications beginning next month, and I'm considering it. I need to find out more, though. Is anyone else doing it? I've read her FAQ thread but still have some questions.

I just completed Power Pilates mat 1 and 2 certifications last month, so I kind of don't need this, and Pop Pilates also requires group fitness certification on top of it, so that's another expense. It's tied in with 24-hr Fitness, so I'm wondering if there might be a no-compete clause if I wanted to teach at my local studio and there's a 24-hr Fitness gym nearby.

I already teach yoga and barre, and I don't have a lot of time to add more classes on top of my f/t job. So I don't know why I want to do this. But I do. I love her energy.

Any thoughts?
