Patrick Goudeau kickbox burn
Hi,
I saw over at collages coming soon page, that Patrick Goudeau is making a new dvd, called kickbox burn. I am intrigued in a strange way as I cannot imagine Patrick doing kickboxing  Does anyone know anymore about it? http://www.collagevideo.com/searchre...s+Kickbox+Burn |

It actually says that he is just leading the warm up and ab work at the end and the kickboxing is lead by Heather Corndorf.
I googled her and came up with this: http://vimeo.com/48542748 She looks neat. I have to admit I was intrigued by the idea of a Patrick kickboxing workout and am disappointed we won't get to see it. I also remember him mentioning one of his background exercisers (Sheila?) was a great kickboxing instructor and wondered what her workouts were like. |

Several months ago Patrick posted on FB that he had filmed a body weight workout. He hasn't mentioned it since so I don't know what's going on with it.

I think I am even more curious now than if Patrick was leading it after watching that Vimeo clip. I like the idea of an introduction to a new instructor.

She looks like an awesome instructor, for sure!!! I loved how the classes looked, especially with all the enthusiasm. I would buy a video from her.

I can't wait to see clips!However, I was a little intrigued by Patrick leading a kickboxing workout!

Her class looks awesome! Hopefully this will be the first of more workouts to come. It looks like she's a creative and motivating instructor. I want to take that class!
I like Patrick although I don't have any of his workout, but I love kickboxing, so I'll be keeping this on my radar screen. Thanks for the heads up. |
