pharma_gal, I have used the 15 pound kettebell for the Diversity DVD, but the10-12 pound kettlebell seems to work best for me on the other workouts.

My lightest is 8KG or 17.6 pounds so I use that for most. Double handed swings I usually go up to 20 or 26 pounds.

I was using 10 lbs and doubling up or "stacking" the workouts. After my body got used to that, I went up to 15 lbs and only doing one on a given day.
