Check-in: stayed indoors today to avoid crowds. Played with the ball. Did Cardio Ball, an old VHS transfer, and the ball chapter of Self Firm Flat Abs Fast.
The knee doctor suggested that I ice my knees regularly. I haven't had any pain at all, but the insides, the parts that touch each other when the feet are together, look really knobby. That's from fluid build up. It could be drained, would most likely come back. If it gets worse and hurts then I'll have them do it.
Had a migraine last night. I was reading and vision got a bit blurry, then went to a flashing aura. I took 2 OTC Advil for Migraine (I've read that it's the same as regular Advil, but hey, it works really fast) and about 2 minutes later it was like a switch had flipped and it was over. I was astonished and very pleased.
