5 - Caught up on a declutter/deep clean project; stretch and inversion; 5,132 steps.

Monday, Nov 30 - Perfect 30 Hiit Bonus premix and Ripped With Hiit Chest, Tricep & Shoulders 2 Times Each Exercise & No Finishers premix. Also about 14 trips up and down the stairs carrying Christmas decoration containers.

December

1. No official workout. I wanted to get my Christmas decorations finished but did have about 14 trips up and down the stairs again takin containers back down stairs.

2. IMax 2 warm-up thru step combo 3 and step combo 10. Then did RWH Back, Biceps & Shoulders 2 Sets No Finishers premix.

3. RWH Lift it Hit it Legs.....my way.

4. Body Max 2 Warm-up and step combos, then Perfect 30 Extended Stretch.

5. LITE Body Weight & Bands. I got to use my new Cathe handle bands and what a difference it makes! This workout was so much more fun with the right equipment instead of having to just make what I had work.

6. Rest Day

7. Jessica Smith 5 Mix & Match Miles warm-up and Energy Boost, Gym Style Legs my own mix of standing legs, Perfect Pump Lower Body Bonus, then my own stretches.

8. No workout. A friend called me just before I was getting ready to do my workout....I haven’t talked to her much since Sept. We ended up on the phone for 1 hr. 45 min! By the time I was done DH thought of a present for his brother and, of course, the store close to us was out of it and the store 50 minutes away had 1 so we had to go drive out there to get it so that was the end of my exercising thoughts.

9. Jessica Smith 5 Fat Burning Miles Belly Buns & Thighs walk, Boogie Down Walk and Brain Booster Walk.

10. Lite Stacked Upper Body one set each exercise.

11. 4DS High Impact Step & Low Impact Step skipping the intensity blasts.

12. No workout. Had to get out early and get some Christmas shopping done.

13. No workout. No excuse except laziness.

14. XTrain Legs warm-up and standing legs, Keoni Christmas Walk (thanks T2B for the recommendation.....this was fun ), and Perfect Pump bonus stretch.

15. Leslie Walk Off Fat Fast 20 Minute Easy Burn and Lite Stacked Upper Body one set each exercise premix.

16. IDTV Sweet Stroll

17. Cathe Live Timesaver Step Grooves and Travis Eliot Yin Yoga Flow & Go from his YouTube channel.

18. LITE Body Weight & Bands

19. Nothing yesterday. My sister called just as I was going to start my workout and I didn’t want to tell her I couldn’t talk. She was quite chatty so by the time I was done, I had to get on with my day. I did pace around the house while talking so at least got a few steps in.

20. Ugh, no workout again and ate cookies for breakfast instead while making up my cookie tins to give to family members and that was the end of my working out.

21. Cathe High Step Circuit

22. Went to the grocery store at 7:00 to be some of the crowd. Of course no workout when I got home.

23. Step Sync Bonus Step premix & Jessica Smith Lower Body & Band Stretch from her 10 Minute dvd.

27. Another off day. I was having my parents over for dinner so had to many things to do so skipped a workout.

28. XTrain Legs standing and part of the Barre section. OMG, I’m so out of shape and the barre section was so hard, I ended up doing only half of the barre section on each leg. I just couldn’t go do it all.

29. Cathe BM2 warm-up (just for fun) then XTrain Burn Sets Chest, Back & Shoulders first set and “To Fail” set.

30. Jessica Smith’s 5 Fat Burning Miles warm-up, Turbo Charged Walk and bonus hip segment, then XTrain Burn Sets Biceps 2 sets.

31. Party Rockin Step #1 warm-up through combo 4, Burn Sets Triceps....2 sets each exercise & Perfect 30 Bonus Stretch.

1 - Carribean workout Low Impact Workout 1
2 - Leslie Sansone 5 Really Big Miles WU + Mile 1 + CD (25m)
4 - Leslie Sansone 5 day slim down - A mile Every Morning - WU + Classic Mile + CD - really like the music in this one, it's zippy. Leslie is by herself so less manic than with a group and uses a variety of moves (tap outs etc.) - I add my own at various points. Cuing could be better but will do this one again. (25m)
5 - Leslie Sansone: Walk Off Fat Fast - Easy Burn + Stretches (25m)- Really liked this one, it includes the warm up and cooldown and the music is nice and brisk
6 - Leslie Sansone Fast Start 2 mile disc - about 25 mins, extremely boring workout. Leslie was too serious, altho that seems weird to say. Bad music, except for a few tracks, lots of repeats of the same awful music. The cast didn't seem to mesh well either - don't think I will be repeating this one.
11 - christmas shopping the last few days, no time to workout! Today was about 30 mins of Leslie Sansone 3 mile weight loss walk - LOVED it! Mary Kay leads one of the miles and music and pace is great.
13 - Leslie Walk your way slim (pink cover, bat cave, Leslie alone), did the WU + fast mile for a total of 20 mins, had to rush off to get stamps later.
14 - Leslie Sansone Walk off Fat Fast - Big Burn (2mile) - nice music, non-annoying cast, a bit too much 'Nick' referencing for me but it wasn't too bad. I like Leslie's demeanor in this one.
18 - Leslie Sansone Slim and Sleek Walk - this is the one where Leslie incorporates Pilates into walking - uh or rather just sprinkles a few words of it here and there. Her demeanor was good, she is so much calmer without a crew around her. The scenery outside the window/door was nice, with cars passing and some people going past. Music was good in some spots, less so in others. This is a decent walk, not a favorite but I would do it again. I did Mile 1 + Mile 3, added some stretches at the end. (30 m)
19 - Leslie Sansone Walk Diet 2 Mile walk - no idea when I bought this DVD but this was a decent walk. Music was ok, not bad and not good. Leslie was non-hyper and the time passed quickly. The crew and her do not have great chemistry but she get's too chatty if they do, so that's fine. There are a variety of body types and ages represented in this one. Set is so so. Everything is so so! But I would do it again, I enjoyed it. + stretches (35m)
22 - Leslie Sansone Walk and Kick - always a fun one, the time just flies by! Stretches are kind of short and few in this one. (33m)
25 - Leslie Sansone WTTH Radio Remixes - ok so this is a new one, got it for Christmas. It starts off at a really fast pace, no gentle warmup like her usual workouts. I did Mile 1 and 10 minutes of Mile 3 for the cool down/stretch. I am not sure if I love this one, I'll have to try it again. The cast was ok, quite a bit of mugging for the camera. (25m)
26 - Leslie Sansone WTTH Party Hits - another new one, got it for Christmas. It also starts off pretty fast, has Leslie forgotten how to warm up? :mad I did like it better than Radio Hits though. I did Mile 1 and last 10 mins of Mile 3. (25m)
28 - Leslie Sansone 5 Really Big Miles Warmup only (5 min) + Leslie Sansone Radio Remixes (25 m) - I used the warmup from 5 really big miles and that really helped with the lack of proper warmup in Radio Remixes. It's a bit annoying to switch DVDs, might have to pull one off youtube to use as warmup another time. (30m)
