Jessica Smith's 1 Mile Express workout on YouTube to warm up + a YogaWorks streaming practice called Hip Hip Hooray that is a creative flow which leaves me quite sweaty (unusual for yoga).

I'm baaack! After a few injuries, I am finally able to exercise with my DVDs again. Still taking it easy and lowering my weight selections, but that's OK.
