I've been thinking about including walking in my weekly exercise routine. Now...outdoor walking in NC in July isn't the most pleasant...but I'm motivated.
I plan on alternating walking with a few DVDs: Some barre: Suzanne Bowen weight watcher DVD, 10 MS Pilates Perfect Some prenatal: Ruah, BarreAmped, Leah Sarago Most of those DVDs can be mixed and matched many ways. |

I'm going to work through some virgins too.
Then I'll be back to my XTFMax workouts.

Hi,
I finished Jessica's Calm & Strong rotation this weekend. I'm not sure what I'm going to do next, I have a few ideas bouncing around. I would like to increase my step count (and it is hard to walk outdoors in the heat) so I was considering Leslie for steps and Pilates-Yoga-Weights. I am also considering Pahla B's workouts, I'm listening to her Q&A on You Tube right now and I love her down to earth approach to fitness. I have a membership to Trifecta Pilates - I haven't used it very much so I'm going to use those workouts as well for my Pilates days.... As of now, I'm leaning towards following Pahla's weekly challenges and adding in the Pilates...but we'll see what I pick tomorrow! Donna |

And I decided to do mostly band strength workouts this year as a recovery week while I decide.

Oh no. I have a Tonique somewhere too. I'd successfully blocked that knowledge till you mentioned it - now I'll have to work it in!
