Love it! I wanted to hunt them down and turn Cyric on them!! That might hurt worse than dropping it on their foot!

I went for a walk in the neighborhood with DH the last three days. I'm counting that as my exercise.

And I've worked every day this week for at least a short time on cleaning out my craft room. Yesterday, I spent a lot of time sorting scraps - die cuts, pictures, paper, etc.

Belle would love to join Cyric on that mission. That would sure teach the miscreants a lesson!

I started February really strong then everything fell apart about halfway through.

My MIL got covid. Then my FIL got it. DH had dental surgery. While he was in surgery MIL fell and hit her head. Of course she did not tell us. We did not find out until the next day when SSIL told us she was taking her to the hospital for a CT Scan. Today FIL was taken to the hospital in an ambulance. He has a big bad UTI and will have to stay for a few days. Last, and least, I am nursing an injury.

March is going to be about rehab and doing what is best for my body.

MT, I’m so sorry to hear about your in-laws. I hope they have recovered from covid, and I hope your fil recovers from his UTI quickly.

It sounds like the last two weeks have been overwhelming for you, to say the least. Taking time off for rehab sounds like a good plan. I hope your injury heals soon.

I'm trying to work out a doable plan for the month. I need to start my training for the virtual row/bike/run tri and yesterday a friend said she's doing BeSLAM Remastered and asked if I would do kettlebells along with her for accountability and of course I said yes. And I don't want to give up jumping rope and am trying to do more Pilates and yoga. Arghh! Yes, I always try to take on too much!

MT, I hope everyone is well soon! Be gentle with yourself.

Wow MT! That's a lot going on in a very short time! I hope everyone gets on the mend quickly including your injury.

I barely made my goals this month and have not figured out a plan for March yet.

I made a great rehab discovery recently. I'm always fighting knee pain in the outside of the left knee. It was always thought to be related to the IT band and the tensor fascia latte. Well on youtube I was checking out a quad clip from E3 Rehab and learned more about the lateral quad and how it attached to the outside of the left knee. So it's right where I'm tight all the time. I looked up a lateral quad stretch, did it and got nice relief. Who knew!
