Knowing Jessica, I'm sure she's doing all she can to finish the release. I still think it's related to the pandemic, everything seems delayed nowadays.

The suspense is killing me! I've started her January Jumpstart rotation but will abandon it the second Lift & Shift is released.

I hope we hear something soon,at least more information on them.DVD? digital? Streaming? online?When are they being released?Any new information will be nice. I do think she at least should say something about Lift and Shift. I do love her though and want all her workouts.
