Goodtimes (Firm) filing bankruptcy chap 11 ???????

I just read on Collage's forum that GT filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy. I've never heard about this. I searched this forum to see if someone else mentioned it but I couldn't find anything related to this. Has anyone heard about this?
