Pat, I think you can count whatever you want for your sadhana, plus you did do yoga! What did you think of Kit Rich? I really like her personality but her routines don't always click with me.

I haven't really been doing practices from the Yoga with Tim challenge, but today's looks nice; it focuses on drishti (no pun intended!). I think I will try to get to it this weekend:

Today I think I am going to Bellyfit Elements since I need to get in some cardio. Those include yoga poses at the end, although I might try to get in a little extra yoga if I have time--maybe a desk sequence here at work.

Beth, I liked Kit's routine last night a lot, but the first one I tried was 50/50. Yoga with Tim is new to me, I'll have to check out his channel.

Pat, I love Tim's vibe--he's a bit like Eoin Finn. Like Eoin, he's a bit too flow for me, but his workshop-y videos are great. He often uses the foam roller, which I love--but do feel the same way about the roller as you do about Jill's torture balls?

Day 31: yoga/meditation on my own

Day 32: Rodney Yee Yoga for your Week Hip openers. I haven't done this in ages! I think I will do the "twists" practice tomorrow.

Sherry, I did AM Yoga for Your Week for the first time in awhile last week (backbends, which I don't usually do at all). Still love this DVD!

Sherry - I love that twists practice too.

Beth - Yes I did that sequence yin style, 3-5 min holds, it felt great.

Pat - That is a very nice playlist & feel free to brag, how lovely to have a yoga connection with your niece! Yes, definitely post your Yogaglo Pilates, no rules here as always!

Pam, your MFML practice made me smile--I call one of the themed classes I teach "Twists to Unwind."

Today I did Bodyfit Elements - Air; the stretch in that one is mostly yoga. I also tacked on Jill Miller's Massage Therapy Kit, the standing shoulder work.

I did a really nice neck & shoulders practice in my office that may have been recommended by someone here:
