Cathe/FIRM/KCM/Yoga We do it all - June Bugs!

Hi Ladies!

I guess I’ll start us out for June. Nothing to report yesterday. We were exhausted after grands for a week.

Today I did Maggie Brinkley 15 Minute Total Body burn 1.0. Thanks, Bita! It was great! Up and down to really get the heart rate up, and I’m really sweaty after only 15 minutes!

Now for watering plants and cleaning.

Hi-

Jen- thanks for starting us off! Great that you tried the Hiit workout. I’ve been meaning to try one, too.

Today was Cathe Live- Cardio Kickboxing from 3/5/20. It has a much longer title- lol. Good one!

Hi and happy June

Jen thank you for starting our thread with the fun name
Awesome that you tried Maggie’s workout and that you liked it.
It’s great and highly possible to fit a 15 minutes workout in.

I have been doing the p90x still! So it’s my 4th week.
Monday was p90x yoga
Tuesday was p90x core synergetics
Today was kenpo

I did walks and my yoga and some barre too.

Bita- you are an inspiration to me ! You rock with all of the workouts.

Today’s June Bug w/o was Super Cuts from Cathe’s XTrain. That one Is not easy! I think XTrain is a great series, but certainly not easy.

Let’s see, yesterday was yoga, Walk, p90x stretch, some barre.
Today was yoga, p90x core synergistically and barre.

On 5th week of classic p90x. Did p90x chest, shoulders and triceps. Ab ripper. Did a walk and my yoga.

Bita- you must be getting lonely here.

Today was a fantastic swim at my friends’ pool, followed by mango picking. I still can’t get over picking these things from a tree. (Remember, I am a New Yorker.)

Mango ripe from the tree is most delicious. Enjoy!

I did p90x plyometrics today.
