What are your favorite workout channels on YouTube?

I know we've had threads with free workout sites, but I don't remember seeing one that focused specifically on instructor (or fitness or whatever - wherever you've found good workouts!) channels on YouTube. I know some of you have spent a lot of time there and I'm hoping you'll be willing to share your personal faves. I've been doing some searches but it seems a little hit or miss.

Thanks!

He is young and "different" with his personality, but he puts together really good workouts! I've done some of them and really enjoyed them!

I subscribe to alot of channels...not that I do very many of them.

befit - they have full length videos of DVDs from Denise Austin, Jillian Michaels, Envy Girls, Kathy Smith etc. they just recently added yoga with Sadie Nardini and Rainbow Mars.

popsugartvfit - they have videos from celebrity trainers like Jackie Warner, mostly about 10 min each

livestrongwoman - they have a variety of programs from fitness to nutrition, to interviews with athletes. I like the programs hosted by Valerie Waters and Tara Stiles, and Kerri Glassman (nutritionist)

blogilates and blogilatestv - she's popular and about to have her own show on livestrongwoman

FitnessBlender - a large collection of full length fitness routines.

ToneItUpcom - also pretty popular

GenghisGirl - I like this blog about fitness and nutrition

AmandaRussell - She's a former olympian and her programs are usually intense like Zuzka Light

I also subscribe to a few instructors like essentricsworkout, jessicasmithtv

Thumbs up Great topic!

I only have a few, but I'll definitely be checking out the links in this thread.

BeFit

FitnessGlo

Wai Lana Yoga

TheWeightSaint (Richard Simmons)

Empire of Denise
* If you can ignore the icky comments on the videos, this person has tons of great Denise Austin clips. Some are full length videos and some are long segments from videos and her old ESPN show, "Getting Fit with Denise Austin."

I'm new to the world of Youtube fitness but have used Jessica Smith's channel, particularly for the Barefoot Sunset Walk.

I'm looking for short ones I can do as "sparks" in my office - things like aerobic class warmups only, ten minutes using handweights or a flexband, things that I can do standing up without getting sweaty.
