If I love CLX, I would also love _________

I have P90X - eh. I love CLX. I have been doing it on/off since it came out. I like the minimal equipment, minimal legs, workouts in under 40 minutes. Is there anything else like this????

Too funny, I just posted a thread about heavy lifting suggestions, stating I also love CLX. I can't seem to find anything else like it though, and I don't want to burn myself out on it. Hopefully someone knows of a secret program that I just haven't heard of!

Check out Cathe's Trisets from the Low Impact Series. Excellent, excellent workout! The splits are short (30-40 minutes, IIRC) and require fairly minimal equipment. I think this is one of the best workouts Cathe has put out in years.

?? - Kelly Coffey Meyers? no, I'll see what she has

I'll look at Cathe, but lately she has been too equipment heavy for me

The weight workouts from Cathe's 4 day split are ideal, not too long and effective.

Yup! She doesn't use to much equiment or work the legs too much, especially in her 1st 30 minute weight workout and Your Best Body workout. Split sessions which I love, does have a longer leg session.

If you are looking for more compound work, Jari Love latest dvds might fit the bill. I do however prefer her older one Ripped to the Core for compound work.

Cathe High reps is not too equipment heavy for Cathe that is.

I always pull out Kelly when I want weights and don't feel like messing with a lot of equipment.

I see your post now. The Beast is actually what prompted this question. I'm not sure if that's the program for me. I lift heavy with CLX - yet, thank goodness, haven't bulked at all. I like how I look I'm just looking for variety. I'll be curious on mspina's comments as well.

I just saw the clip for this - I love the look of it. I may bite the bullet and try that.

I'm not really sure what results I got - other than stronger. I combine it with kettlebells and I attribute my change in physique to them. I just prefer straight up strength work - not AWT - and fell in love with CLX. I like the moves, I am lifting the heaviest I ever have - but no bulk.

I am a strength fiend by nature. I pretty much despise cardio.

My results pretty much are I just enjoy the workouts and I'm maintaining what I worked hard to achieve. I'm not getting any younger, and as I enter my 40s I need to keep everything in check. Sorry I didn't have any specific raves.
