Neither do I! Can you post what the letter said? It's not clear in the original post.

Yes, I replied back earlier in this thread to try and clarify, but will try again.

"The generic letter, not signed by anyone, implies that recently too many dvds were exchanged and/or returned recently. Only return if defective or damaged.

First of all, I explained that I the few recent returns a few months ago were do to spinal injuries and I could not use them, and were in timeframe, and spoke with Emily regarding this one time. I think the letter is ridiculous and uncalled for.

I just spent $70 for an order last week. Your so welcome, Collage.

Secondly, has anyone ever returned a dvd to Collage because you could not do it, or simply did not like it? Or, only because it was damaged or defective? Hmmm.

I guess the question is, how many dvds have you returned and in how short a frame of time? I've personally never returned a dvd I've purchased, from anyone. But that's just me.

I was curious what their web page said. It says 30 days for any dvd for any reason. So I am assuming the one DVD was older than that and you probably received a generic form letter. I am just guessing that they weren't aware that you talked to someone who said you could return it.

I've returned dvd's to Collage Video. Unless they are changing policy, here is their return policy:

Quote:
If you are not completely satisfied with any item, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Even opened videos! We want you to get the right workout for YOU.

Did the letter say that you can only return DVDs that are defective or damaged?

I thought that was the policy of most vendors. I have never returned an opened DVD unless it was defective.
