Let's talk easy-ish workouts

I have limited mental energy lately and it is sucking up some of my physical energy too. So I am continuing to do lower key workouts that I started in September/October. Not necessarily easy workouts but definitely intermediate, no dread ones. I did lots of yoga and Leslie. Slacked in December because of time commitments. I just did 10 Pound Slimdown's 30 day rotation. Loved that.

I need a new program. I have Chris's Hiit Series but it's will require more energy than I want to expend on a daily basis right. So which of these would you pick? (I also always add Leslie miles in there)

-Firm TransFirmation set
-JNL with just jogging, walking, and jump rope during the cardio/high impact intervals.
-TA Precision Toning (2 sections per day) and Leslie or some other fun cardio (TA isn't really easy but it is no dread for me physically or mentally)
-buy something new

I love Jessica Smith's you tube videos, and she has a schedule every week. Most are intermediate level.

I just pulled out all of my Prevention workouts, and am cycling through them. My favorites are Chris Freytag's. And (of hers) the ones I like the best are Drop it in 30, 321 Circuit, Walkfit, Fight Cellulite, and Personal Training.

I also like her original 10 pound Slim Down. I don't have the Xtreme dvd, but that looks great, also.

I've also been cycling in some of Jillians...No More Trouble Zones and her Banish Fat Boost Metabolism.

These are workout I don't regularly do, so it's been a nice change for me.

I get tired of the same old Leslie Sansone workouts, for cardio.

What about Joyce Vedral? I've never had one of her workouts. What is the intensity?
