Cathe Live Heavy Weight

I am thinking of subscribing to Cathe Live. I know it's hard to do heavy weight work in a group workouts... So does she has any heavy weight work (8-12 reps) in her Live library? Separate lower/upper body is fine with me. I don't think it's possible to do a 3 day split... Lol.

According to my (mildly disorganized, incomplete notes ), the below fit the bill for what you are looking for:
  • Shredded Upper Body with Ball (except for 2 exercises)
  • Upper Body Challenge with Ball
  • Upper Body with Core Express (except for 2 exercises)
  • Pumped Upper Body
  • Toasted Trisets: Upper Body
  • 2018 Glassboro Road Trip Upper Body & Core
  • SuperSets
  • Strong Total Body
  • Total Body Giant Sets

**Please note, I don't have all the rep counts listed in my notes (as I'm still working on updating my weight sheets), so, there may very well be more than the above.


It's pretty easy, though, IMHO, to turn her Lives into a heavy weight routine. You can get in 8-12 reps with a heavier weight in the same time it takes her to do her higher rep set and still be, relatively, in sync with all the moves and exercises. (I do this all the time. )


I would (unsolicitedly ) urge you to give Cathe Live a whirl. I don't think you'll be disappointed, especially if you are already a Cathe fan.

Thank you! I've thought about just slowing down my rep to get to my desired rep... which I've done with other workouts. Yes, I am definitely a Cathe fan!
