Your favorite Cathe Live workouts

There are so many Cathe live workouts, I sometimes have trouble picking one out.

After my current heavy lifting program I'm finishing up next week, I'm planning on doing around a month of Cathe/Firm style, and I want to use my Cathe Live I've been neglecting.

So give me your favorites!

Maybe like Favorite Upper Body
Favorite Lower Body
Favorite Total Body
Favorite Bootcamp style
Favorite Cardio.

Thanks in advance! I know this weekend, I'll be previewing a few to try and figure out what ones I want to do.

I have SO many, but these I have next to!

UB: Toasted Trisets: UB (5/3/18); Smokin' Upper Body Blast (7/28/16); Strong Upper Body Express (7/24/15)

LB: Rapid Fire Legs & Core (1/11/18); Smokin' Lower Body (12/8/16)

TB: PHAT (7/2/15); PHA 2 (3/24/16) & PHA 3 (2/8/18) These 3 are the BEST w/o's in the whole Live Library, IMO!! ETA: Cathe's 2/28/19 class: PHA Plus Cardio Blasts Live - wow!!! Totally my favorite LIVE to date!!! Same format as the PHA's, but she adds a cardio blast before the weighted exercises for lower/upper. TOUGH STUFF!!! LOVE!!!

Total Body Giant Sets 2 (9/6/18); Triple Fit (3/15/18 which IS Total Body!); Vertical Loading (1 & 2); Total Body Barbell & Bands (3/31/16)

BC: Body Blast & Boot Camp (1/5/17); Circuit Crush (5/17/18) is fun and has sort of a circuit bootcamp flavor. I need to find more BC favorites! (Haven't tried her newest BC's yet).

Cardio: Cardio Fusion Live (7/26/18) All cardio: hi/lo aerobics, k/b, HiiT blasts. Really fun!
Compound HiiT (11/15/17 Metabolic) Another super fun one!

Does it have a menu and organized by category? Like cardio, strength, circuits, cycle, etc? Just worried about how to navigate through all the workouts.

I am a huge fan of most Lives (there are so many excellent WOs in the library), but, below, I've listed the ones I actually used the word "love" in my notes.
Take my reccs with a grain of salt, though. My tastes and preferences vary wildly from year to year, and I've done all the Lives through various points of fitness, so, what was "meh" one month/year, may be love the next.
ALSO, I have not done any new CLs since August.

Total Body
Total Body Weights, 6-12-14 -- 64 mins, video clip; I noted here that the music SUCKED, but I loved the WO anyway.
High Reps Total Body 11/13/14, 63 mins video clip.
PHAT #2, 3-24-16, 45 mins video clip
Muscle Max with Step, 8/04/16, 60 minutes, video clip
Total Body Barbell Burn (+ core), 9-1-16, 57 minutes video clip
Strong & Lean Reps, 1-26-17, 62 mins video clip
Totally Pumped Total Body, 5-18-17, 51 mins., video clip
Total Body Toning, 6-7-18, 59 mins., video clip

Lower Body
Lean Lower Body!!, 1-8-15, 51 mins video clip
Cross Train Lower Body, 5-14-15, 58 minutes, video clip
Legs on Fire, 10-27-16, 49 mins; video clip
Smokin’ Lower Body, 12/08/16, 46:30 mins; video clip
**Cathe hasn't done a lower body WO in 4 months, and has, overall, been pretty stingy with LB WOs this year (as well as kickboxing WOs. ).

Upper Body
Barbell Upper Body, 1/29/15, 42:30 mins video clip
Upper Body w/ Ball (+ core), 5-21-15, 49 minutes video clip she skimps on back here so I usually add on the MM for back from ICE.
Pumped Upper Body, 2-15-18, 52 mins., video clip
Vertical Loading 2, 4-19-18, 56 mins., video clip (Cathe bills VLs as TB, but, the UB always gets the brunt in these WOs, so I always categorize them as UBs.)
Toasted Trisets: Upper Body, 5-3-18, 54 mins., video clip
2018 Glassboro Road Trip Upper Body & Core, 7-28-18, 45 mins., video clip
You really can't go wrong with any of Cathe's UB WOs in Live.

Bootcamp/Cardio & Strength
Step HIIT (Step HIIT + Upper Body Weights) 5-15-14 66 mins video clip
You Can Do Anything For a Minute, 4/21/16, 50 mins, video clip
Scrambled Cardio & Weights, 6/09/16, 51 mins video clip
Step Blasts plus Weights, 4-6-17, 49 mins video clip

I can comb through my notes again later and list the WOs I noted as being "awesome", as well. (Apparently, "awesome" and "loved" WOs have different criteria? )

I've subscribed to cathe live since the beginning and have really enjoyed most of them. I'd have to look at my notes too (so this is all off the top of my head) but for lower body I LOVE Mish Mosh Legs!

For cardio, I really enjoy the two Cardio Core workouts (I prefer the first one over the second). I also love Quick Fix Cardio, High/Low HiiT with Step, and Move It.

If you want a little cardio/legs circuit Lift It Hiit It Legs is lots of fun.

For upper body, I've used Strong Upper Body Express a lot because I can add cardio to it and still be done in an hour.

Total body: Muscle Max with Step is a favorite.

Finally, I really love Step HiiT (that was already mentioned). It has 30 minutes of hiit on the step and then a great 30 minute upper body workout.

Thank you all!

Now I have some clips to check out, and make a couple week rotation using my neglected Cathe on Demand.

I have a notebook made up with Cathe Live's Compendium printed and I write notes about each workout. The Compendium I used, I found at Cathe's site made by a Cathlete, but I wish she would update it! It was so very nice of her to even make it at all, but I have handwritten notes on the most recent Lives and it's not nice and neat like the rest of my notebook, haha. I hope it's ok to post this here...(you may need to sign in).

Speaking of Cathe Live, has anyone else noticed or been bothered by the whooping in some of the workouts? I did Pumped Upper Body this morning and whoever it was was yelling through the whole thing, even during the water breaks. It drove me nuts!

I couldn't actually see anyone doing it when the camera shows the class, so maybe it came from elsewhere at the gym?

Having said that, I still looooove Cathe Live!

I am considering a month subscription in Jan or Feb to Cathe Live or KCM. 30-45 min works best for my main workout. Does Cathe have 'enough' workouts in that time range? (I tried searching her site and can't seem to come up with anything.)
